All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification and authentication checks are completed.

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders $50+)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to restricted areas in Asia.
International Shipping
We ship globally (except restricted areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unworn, undamaged sneakers that meet the following conditions:
- Shoes must be in resalable condition with no signs of wear
- Original shoebox must be undamaged (collectors understand the importance of this)
- All original packaging materials, tags, and accessories must be included
Final Sale Items
Due to their collectible nature, the following items are final sale unless defective:
- All BAPE (A BATHING APE) collaborations
- All Adidas Yeezy (ADIDAS-YEEZY) models
- Numbered Air Jordan models (AIR-JORDAN-1 through AIR-JORDAN-14)
- Other limited-edition or special collaboration releases
Please inspect these rare pairs carefully upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to process your return:
- Contact our Sneaker Concierge at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you return instructions within 48 hours
- Package your return securely using the original box inside a shipping box
- Ship your return using a trackable method to our authentication center
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account (varies by payment provider)
Exchange Process
Due to our limited inventory of collectible sneakers:
- We can only process exchanges for the same item in a different size if available
- Contact our team to check stock availability before initiating an exchange
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or incorrect order, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedited replacement where possible.
